New to the site and have a quick question on my 80 cj7. If I was to do a 4 inch spring lift with 2 inch lift shackles would the stock drive lines work or would I have issues? Any and all help is appreciated.

you would probably be ok if you use degree wedges under the leaf springs to correct your driveline angle and do an 1" transfer case drop. of course dont forget drop pitman arm and longer brake lines. Some of the cheaper kits dont come with the extras to do it right.

Your in good shape going that way. tom K was correct. As for the t-case drop they are too easy to build to purchase. All you need is 2 pieces of 1x2 square tube drill 3 holes where the bolts go and buy some bolts 1.25 in longer than the stock bolts This is all the more your paying $75 or more for. For the money they want for the kit you could buy stainless hardware have a shop drill the holes and have enough left over for pizza and beer.

Personally I think you at least need to get it lengthend. My CJ had a 4" and I needed a CV shaft & degree shims. but try the stockers first. can't hurt
