I'm waiting for the lift for my wife's new Liberty to show up and I want to run 265/76/16s. My question is two-fold:

1. Do I need to correct the speedo?
2. If so, can I swap the speedo gear in the transfercase like on my TJ? I'm assuming her Liberty has a 231 like my TJ.

Pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Rob

I got it worked out. The local Jeep dealership hooked me up for $17. Just make sure you know how many revolutions per mile your new tires make and they can correct it. Took all of about 5 mins.
