I had an OME lift done a few months ago which resulted in roughly one inch lift front/rear. Will this be able to accommodate 245/75/16 tryes. I am currently running 245/70/16.

You should be able to fit the 245/75's on it now..

You can check it yourself by turning the tires
and checking for clearance..
As long as you have 1/2" all the way around, they won't rub on anything..

I am running 245/70-16 BFG AT/KO's with NO lift, so the 245/75's should fit fine with the 1 inch you have.
