Just thought I'd like to give two big thumbs up for James and Koz Offroad for their great products and service.

I ordered two rear bumpers and SOTC's about 2 weeks ago. They arrived well packaged, no dings or scrapes. First impression was a well-engineered and put together product. One got installed last week - all the mounts, holes, bolts and everything else fitted together very well, not to mention the bumper itself, which seems to be a very substantial piece of kit.

Unfortunately, the shipping company lost the box with the wheel mount plates (!), but a call to James had replacements on the way free of charge.

My experience with Koz has been very good, and I'm happy to pass on the recommendation. I've got some more things on the way from them soon. All I need to do is to get the test phase under way!
