Gentlemen, (and ladies)

Finding a home with a usable shop in the middle class range is difficult, so I built my own. However, my wife wants to make babies and live the suburban mommy lifestyle, so I get to make a change. That means my dream home is for sale.

Check out the link for details, but in short, it's a 1935 sq foot all brick ranch with an attached 2-car garage and a detached, oversized 2-car with a covered patio on the back. The detached garage is 25' long (inside dimensions) and has an 8' tall door to get lifted vehicles in. What this means is that this is the only home around that will fit a jacked up crew cab truck inside with room to spare, or park your boat inside, or a bunch of bikes, or build a gym, or a shop, or park your camping trailer...whatever!

More good stuff:
=> 42" cabinets in the kitchen for the little lady.
=> 1 acre lot with buffalograss and a full sprinkler systems. I'm the only one in the neighborhood with buffalograss. When everybody else is watering 2-3 times per week, I water once and mow every other week. It's great grass! There are trees, but the picture doesn't show them well because it's winter.
=> Located in Anna, TX which is 30 miles north of Richardson on Hwy 75. It takes me 35-45 minutes to get to and from the office, but if you're an 8-5 man, count on 50 minutes each way in rush hour when school's in session. It's also 50 minutes in rush hour from Frisco. IT ONLY TAKES 12 MINUTES to get to the intersection of 380 & 75, RUSH HOUR OR NOT.
=> The town has grown from 900 to over 5000 in the last three years, so property values will keep going up where the rest of the region is leveling out. City Hall seems to be somewhat gifted as well, because they've squashed any more attempts to bring in low-income housing. From here on out, expect middle class and up neighborhoods to go in.
=> Walking distance from a brand new elementary school. City leaders recognize that putting effort in to the schools will benefit everything in the town, so the "good schools" reputation will continue.
=> It's quiet and you can still see the stars at night.
=> GOOD MOTORCYCLE ROADS (FOR NORTH TEXAS). THIS IS WHERE ALL THE NORTH DALLAS RIDERS HEAD TO ON A SUNNY SATURDAY MORNING.
