I have seen a couple, and they are really expensive considering all the electronics that you have to add to them - I don't believe the one I looked at had any electronics with it and it was around $450.00 cdn ( ouch )

but they are nice all the same -

3 speed transmission as well - have no idea what kind of crawler they would make.....

yeah they are pretty steep in price. thats why i am going to make a torsion clod next instead of a scaler.

I like it because it is close to the real thing. Some have turned it into a crawler. If I got one I would probibly use it as a trail rig. Or maby build a trailer of some kind (flat bed, boat, etc...).

If you got the bucks - go for it - it's pretty much the "King" of it's class - very popular with the "scale" crowd - I not saying that I wouldn't like one Smile - just can't justify it Big Grin

the transmission must be a little work of art !

whole bunch of yoootube high-lift vids

very nice roller, a lot will keep the axles, leafs and a few other things and then part out the rest and get a good chunk of the money back (you could probably even get it all back)... i wouldnt mind one of these completely stock, i like them! like you were saying, something like a trailer or flatbed would be pretty sick

yale for scale

dually
crawler
army paint job
different bodies

I think maby I'll wait to buy one. I still have a to many unfinished projects to do.
