I don't think the Moped is that much of a risk - I've read a number of posts where people complained about problems "out of the box" only to find that they did not have it set up properly. Apparently there are a few simple steps that have to be followed before it will work properly and many times these instructions are not included with the ESC. They are however posted on the "other" crawler BB.

I can't wait to get it all back together. The good thing is that I can now focus on other non-crawler-related things. I fnd that when my crawler is running, I spend too much time tinkering with it. Now that its down for a few weeks, I don't even bother to really look at it. Not much sense because it ain't even gonna move until all my parts arrive!!!

it really is smooth in the lower throttle area, i will do a bit of real crawling when i go to my old town a bit north from here and try it out! you will be happy with it!
