let's try this:

I wanted the photo dark, actually. The reasons are because on your desktop, you have lots of shortcuts. Darker tends to allow them to show up better. In addition, I was trying to "subtlize" the Jeep and put the focus more on the overall photo and the American flag. Plus, I wasn't looking to emphasize the gold.
