Please only post on this tread if you plan to attend EJS I want to try to reduce any confusion for those who will be attending EJS.
My thought is to keep the run on Wensday Apr 16. Have everyone meet at the City Market at 6am, and leave promptly at 7am for a run on Gloden Spike. This is early but Golden Spike is a long trail, and this should reduce the chance of needing to rush on the trail. Most of the obsticles have bypasses if you feel the need to take one, and remember that on this run last year a Liberty with 30" MTR's completed the trail, without a problem.

As for me I will be getting into Moab on the 15th and leaving on the 19th.

It still looks like a go for me. As long as they don't thow an exam in at school for that week that they won't let me take another time.

I don't have any runs planned for the 15th, so if anyone wants to hit the bike trails (road or mtb) shoot me a message at jpower2@umbc.edu.

FYI, 8am is not early enough to leave for Golden Spike. Y'all better LEAVE by 7-7:30, meaning meet prior to that.

By the way, I've made this topic a "featured topic" meaning it will stay toward the top of the list.

Also, who's volunteering to take photos and write up the run for RC? Smile

I'll have my Sony CD mavica with me, several hundred megs of storage, and a wife that's going just 'to take pictures'.

I will be there. I also agree that with a group of this size (i think is is 20+ now) these 3 trails will take a while, so earlier is better.

Also, what was the decision on which direction to run this from? Remember that EJS is running Poison Spider that day, so we have to either beat them there, or run it after they are done, or its gonna be one big traffic jam.

If there is run on the spike we should do as the Boss stated and be on the road/trail at 7, so lets meet at 6 Eek.
TX I was going to try to meet Cole and get a stack of the new stickers from him, so I take it I should try to grab his cam while he is not looking Wink

I will be there.
I plan on being in Moab by the 12th or 13th.
My group will be doing some mtn biking and hopefully rock climbing and maybe a light photo-op trail until Wed.

If anyone has extra space for one rider, please let me know. One of my friends will not be able to get his Jeep together for the trip but would still like to go. I only have room for one and it's taken.

I will be there from the 12th to the 20th, but I can't say for sure if I will make the run or not. Since I'm sharing driving of a buddy's Jeep it will depend on where he wants to go.
At this point we have Wed open so hopefully he's game.

Is Dave going to hook us up with a place to stay, or will I be camping near Cam?

CME and Willie are both out. I'm bummed by this, Willie is a lot of fun on the trail, and then he keeps the fun rolling threw dinner. After chatting for a while with CME she kinda strikes my as being a simmular person.
