I loved my old Skyjacker 3" kit, it was perfect for 31s. It did drive a bit stiffer, but I like it stiff. When its mushy and soft, you have more body roll on road. I used RE 4.5 coils, then went to Skyjacker again cause I didn't like the RE softness.

The RE 3.5 kit is also a great kit, but the discos blow.

Full Traction and Rubicon Express are very very similar in there products. I haven't heard much about the 3.5 FT kit, but everybody goes with them for the long arm kit.
If your willing to spend alot, Old Man Emu (OME) kits are by far the best in ride quality, however, they are by far the most expensive. Many people will get a RE lift, and use OME shocks.

On major thing that I'd say would determine what lift to get, what type of use will the Jeep be doing. Are you gonna be flexing it out to the max on rocks, playing in the mud, light trails, strickly street, do you aim to please the ole lady with a nice soft ride???? Answer that, and hopefully we can help you out better. ou also may wanna check out www.JeepForum.com its a forum like this, but with much more activity and people. I'll see ya there Cool
