I am getting into 4x4 crawling and I live in the central U.S. So I don't play on the rocks just trails, creeks, hills, and warsh outs. I always see the different suspension setups that people build for their custom rigs. I know there is a 4-link, 3-link, 3-link with panhard bar, a wishbone setup, A-arm setup, and I am shure there are more that I am leaving out. I was wanting opinions on what the best setup is to achieve the best articulation considering that your building a trail only rig and money isn't a really big deal. Basically, what is the best suspension design. All replies will be appreciated.

well, it depends on alot of things really

First is how much money do you want to spend

Second is do you want your jeep to be driveable on the street, or do you want to trailer it to the trails?

For a daily driver that is pretty capable offroad you can get by with 3" suspension lift and bigger tires.

For a trailer rig Id go with 3 or 4 link maybe something from clayton offroad
