Also, sorry but it seems to be one piece about the size of say a nickel in diameter and 3/4 thick. Again is attached to steering and the axle and the wheel is attached to this by a simple screw from center of rim outside. Hopes this helps and thanks again.

sounds like maybe a plastic bushing or adapter? nickel size 3/4 thick. Im think it goes inside the hub
