One day, someone showed me a glass of water that was half full. And he said, "Is it half full or half empty?" So I drank the water. No more problem. ~Alexander Jodorowsky.....

thanks for this TXJEEPER!

- might I suggest the dibbs rule. If someone calls dibbs on what is being offered for sale it becomes the first rule for bartering with seller and dibs caller. 2nd dibs and so on, that way there is an orderly and gentlemans approach to selling/buying an offered piece.
