I have just recently acquired a 2000 Ford F350. The other day I was inspecting the front to locate some sort of wire harness for the fog lights for the bumper when I came across what looks like a wall plug with a ground wire plug attached(three prong plug like what you would find on the end of an extension cord)I looked online and saw that there is some kind of heater that could be an option, maybe to help heat it up and melt frost or something in case of severe cold weather? Could you please let me know if you have any idea what this could be. Thanks. Newest Ford convert!!!!

that would be for your block heater. it is a wonderful thing to help in starting on those bitter cold nights. helps to keep the oil from getting to thick and not allowing the motor to start.
