Please see witchdoctor post concerning bills in the US Senate and tne House. Senate bill 3113 and House bill 6233. Contact your representatives and encorage them to support these bills which are designed to remove the control of the OBX from the court and give it back to the Park Service where it belongs. I have driven on the beaches under both and belive me, the Park Service had al lot more beach to drive on.
