Found this while rooting around on the MSN.com home page today. Ralph Nader articleIs it my imagination, or has the Democratic Party become overly paranoid, resorting to any means possible to *grab* votes for their candidate. Including filing law suits to stop other candidates from running!
For me, it only serves to support my feelings that the campaign process has become a scenario likened to a couple of 3 year olds arguing over the last piece of candy. Or worse......

The short and sweet of it was the Democrats were filing a law suit to prevent Nader from running for president, claiming he would take away too many votes from Kerry. Heck, even the Green Party dropped Nader!
Even though it's all over now, what good is a campaign and election process if parties can sue to stop others from running. Didn't George Orwell write something about this in the 50's????
