Question my friend just got told he has to replace these items to get rid of a coolant leak
He has a 1997 Discovery I
any input would be apreciated

yeah a pain in the a**. did he service his vehicle for the recall on the heads? should have it done while the engine gets pulled. if not, takes about 12 hrs...with all the crap you have to disconnect and reconnect. I hate the a**oline engine wish they sold the tdi engines for america.. now im stuck with this gas guzzler.
